When I was a child, I wanted to be famous like Van Gogh. When I was a teenager, I wanted my artwork to be my own. As I have grown older, I began to develop my own art style. High school helped my artwork reach new heights. I’ve had my paintings displayed in the Salvador Dali Museum in St. Pete, Polk County Art Museum, and in SCAD art galleries. I continued my passion in college, attaining my Associates in graphic design.
While I typically use acrylic paint, I have dabbled in other mediums such as: graphic design, watercolor, alcohol marker, colored pencil, pastels, charcoal, and most recently oil paints.
I have a deep love for all things anime and manga, which I’ve strived to display through the majority of my paintings. I love to try new art styles or to add accents to certain paintings. For example, I often add color to the eyes of characters within a manga panel.
